    Shipping

    • Nationwide shipping available. Get free or discounted shipping for orders with a minimum purchase of Php 1000. The discount will be computed upon checkout.
      • Metro Manila (1-3 days): Free

      • Visayas (6-8 days): Php 85
      • Mindanao (6-8 days): Php 100
    • Express Delivery (within 48 hours) is only available within Metro Manila for Php 110
    • Store pick-up (7-10 days) is available for Free. Check the nearest SilverWorks store locations.

    Returns

    We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for damage or wrong items only. No refund will be acknowledged when the customer changed their mind on the product purchase.

    Customer will only be allowed to change the damaged or wrong items with another SilverWorks product or exchange it with store credit. Additional charges may incur for items with change of size.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and waybill.
