Order Tracker

How to track your order?
  1. You will receive an initial message from our partner courier, informing you that they will deliver your order from us.
  2. The 2nd message you will receive from our partner courier includes a tracking link where you will be redirected in a different browser for the update.
  3. You may also extract the tracking number from the link, which is highlighted in a green box. Copy the number and paste it on the above order tracker.
  4. If you didn't receive any message or don't have a tracking/ shipbill number, you may send us an email at support@silverworks.com or you may also send us a message on our Facebook page.
