- Go to silverworks.com or click the link from our social
media accounts. - Choose or search for the product/s you wish to purchase from
the home page, menu, and product collections. - Once you open a product page, select a variety if the
product has any. Then press the symbols + or - to increase or decrease quantity. - Press 'ADD TO BAG' the product to be added to your cart. You
may continue shopping if you wish to add more items - Visit your cart once you've added all the products you
wanted to purchase. - Select the your preferred shipping method of either shipping
or store pick up. - Choose Shipping if you want the item to be delivered to you
door-to-door. - While, choosing Store Pickup, select the branch you want to
physically pick up your order and fill in the necessary details. - Once selected, proceed to Checkout.
- Input your contact information either your mobile number or
email address together with your shipping details. You may Log in instead if you already have an account. - You may input voucher code (if any) then press Continue to
shipping. - Choose your preferred Shipping method then click Continue to
payment. - Choose your preferred payment method and input your billing
address. You may click same as shipping address if applies. Before proceeding,
double check all information then Complete order. That's it. You'll get an order confirmation via SMS or

- Items are available to be purchased via COD.
- We also accept the following payment options:
- All major credit/debit cards. Payments are secured by PayMaya/Paymongo and all personal information is encrypted - we do not store any of your financial data.

COD Payment Terms for Name Jewelry
- Personalized Name Necklace can be purchased via COD but we would require 50% down payment on the total cost of the name necklace, including the chain necklace.
- If you choose the COD as the payment option, you will receive a message from one of our SilverWorks representative to settle the down payment.
- The remaining 50% will be settled upon COD plus delivery fee (if there is any).

- Luzon (4-5 days): Php 150
- Visayas (6-8 days): Php 170
- Mindanao (6-8 days): Php 200
- Express Delivery (within 48 hours) is only available within Metro Manila for Php 110
- Store pick-up (7-10 days) is available for Free. Check the nearest SilverWorks store locations.
- Get free or discounted shipping for orders with a minimum purchase of Php 1000. The discount will be computed upon checkout.

In case you don’t have any tracking number or you ordered from the retail stores or marketplaces, you may message us on Facebook for someone to help you with it.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for damage or wrong items only. No refund will be acknowledged when the customer changed their mind on the product purchase.
Customer will only be allowed to change the damaged or wrong items with another SilverWorks product or exchange it with store credit. Additional charges may incur for items with change of size.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and waybill.

Engraving
We also engrave text or photo on any SilverWorks jewelry with an additional charge. The price applies to only one side of the jewelry:

Yes. Professional ear piercing is now available in all SilverWorks branches. Only the following branches accepts cartilage piercing:
- SM Megamall
- SM Fairview
- SM Angono
- Sta. Lucia
Currently, we are temporarily not accepting nose and belly piercing.
SilverWorks use hypoallergenic earrings and follows safety protocols inside the store to ensure safe piercing.
The following are the prices for ear piercing that includes the jewelry and free Medisept ear piercing care gel already:

Jewelry Repair
You may bring your damaged jewelry to any SilverWorks branch. Our store representative will assess the damage and quote for the repair.
Contact information of our SilverWorks Stores are provided, you may contact them ahead of time as well.
Ring Resizing
You may bring your ring to any SilverWorks branch for resizing. We can only resize silver rings but not stainless and tungsten rings.
You can have your stainless and tungsten ring exchanged, if the size is available. We can't exchange rings that are engraved.
Our SilverWorks representative will still assess the ring if it is eligible for resizing.
The following are the base price for resizing, price can increase depending on the assessment:
Upsize- Php 200
Downsize- Php 150
Note: Prices are for SIlverWorks products only, resizing for non-SilverWorks is double the price
Gold Plating
You may bring your jewelry for gold plating to any SilverWorks branch. We can only plate silver jewelry. Our store representative will assess the jewelry and quote for the plating.

There is a proper way to take care of your silver jewelry. All silver jewelry from SilverWorks comes with a free lifetime cleaning, available in any SilverWorks branch. In order to claim this, register with our e-cleaning registration.
