Engraving services

 

Website Engraving Orders for Customers

  1. Simply browse www.silverworks.com or click the link from our social media accounts
  2. Choose or search the product/s you wish to purchase from the engravable jewelry collection. (Only items with a flat surface is allowed for engraving service)
  3. Open the product page and click the ‘Add personalized engraving (+350)’ option to input the Letters for the Letter Engraving / Attached Photo for the Photo Engraving. You may also email us at shopify@silverworks.com.
  4. Press 'ADD TO BAG' the product to be added to your cart. You may continue shopping if you wish to add more items.
  5. Visit your cart once you've added all the products you
    wanted to purchase.
  6. Select your preferred shipping method of either shipping
    or store pick up. 
  7. Choose Shipping if you want the item to be delivered to you door-to-door.
  8. While choosing Store Pickup, select the branch you want to
    physically pick up your order and fill in the necessary details.
  9. Once selected, proceed to Checkout.
  10. Input your contact information either your mobile number or
    email address together with your shipping details. You may Log in instead if you already have an account.
  11. Choose your preferred Shipping method then click Continue to
    Payment.
  12. Choose your preferred payment method and input your billing
    address. You may click same as shipping address if applies. Before proceeding, double-check all information then Complete order. That's it. You'll get an order confirmation via SMS or Email.

In-Store Engraving Orders for Customers

  1. Visit any nearest Silverworks store. SilverWorks store locations.
  2. Choose or select the product/s you wish to purchase from the engravable jewelry collection in store display. 
  3. We also accept non-SilverWorks items, the price is double the price. 
  4. Once selected, the branch rep will get the needed customer’s details, and input them in a Job envelope together with a memo form for scheduling of engraving service.
  5. Then, Proceed to Payment.
  6. That's it. You'll get an update via SMS once your item is ready for store pick-up. 
  7. Make sure to bring your receipt when you pick up your item in-store.

Price

  • Engraving price
    • Php350 (text/ photo- one side of the item) SW items
    • Php700 (text/ photo- one side of the item) for non SW items

Items for Engraving

  • Only items with a flat surface is allowed for engraving
  • Silver, Stainless and Tungsten can be engraved
  • Plated items may have a different outcome from silver/ stainless color items
  • For non-SW items, we are not liable for damages in the event that the product is not compatible with the machine we use.

COD Payment Terms

  • Engravable Jewelry can be purchased via COD but we would require to pay the full payment for engraving service fee as down payment.
    • Engraving price- Php350 (text/ photo- one side of the item) for SW items/ Php700 for non SW items
  • If you choose the COD as the payment option, you will receive a message from one of our SilverWorks representative to settle the down payment.
  • The remaining payment for will be settled upon COD plus delivery fee (if there is any).

Repair services

Repairs for SW Items bought in Store

  1. Visit any nearest Silverworks store. SilverWorks store locations.  
  2. Bring your SW Items and Receipt, then present them to our branch representative.
  3. We also accept non-SilverWorks items, the price is double the price.
  4. The branch rep. will assess the item if we can possibly repair the item and give quotation according to the repair price list.
  5. After checking, the branch rep will get the needed customer’s details and input them in a Job envelope together with a memo form for scheduling of repairs.
  6. Then, Proceed to Payment. 
  7. That's it. You'll get an update via SMS once your item is ready for store pick-up. 
  8. Make sure to bring your receipt when you pick up your item in-store.

Lead Time & Delivery

  • Repair Lead Time: 3-4 days plus delivery time. 
    • Note: lead time will depend on the complexity of the repair.
