COD Payment Terms

• Personalized Name Necklace can be purchased via COD but we would require 50% down payment on the total cost of the name necklace, including the chain necklace.
• If you choose the COD as the payment option, you will receive a message from one of our SilverWorks representative to settle the down payment.
• The remaining 50% will be settled upon COD plus delivery fee (if there is any).
